With a loyal and growing customer base, Retravision were looking for a way to more effectively establish their digital presence, and introduce new ways for customers to purchase products.
With this in mind, we built and deployed a new E-commerce website to help drive sales and create a user-friendly online environment for Retravision customers to browse, compare and purchase goods. We also integrated the site into Retravision’s own systems, allowing for better management of inventory and logistics.
The Retravision E-commerce site not only offered a wide range of products with the option of pick-up or home delivery, but also provided visitors with store location and contact information, an online catalogue and kept customers up-to-date with the latest deals – all in one place, and all at the click of a button. We also looked at opportunities to use third-party platforms to supply better content and information to the user in order to deliver the a more engaging and educative experience.
Finally, we looked to integrate Retravision’s new offline promotional campaigns with their other online channels, including social, email marketing and interactive experiences – allowing the client to expand their digital presence and launch them into the online retail space with a bang!
