To support the launch of the new Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera, MM worked together with NARTA and Canon to develop a TVC and digital video content that showcased the key features of the highly anticipated camera. We undertook the filming of the informercial with the Canon spokesperson and edited the footage to include both filmed footage and supplied brand imagery to develop a final product that would be suitable for social media platforms. The launch of the video and additional EDM artwork (also created by MM), was timed to align with the global launch of the campaign, proving to be a great success for Canon’s overall brand image.

Project Scope

MM worked with the NARTA and Canon team to craft a successful digital and social media campaign for the release of the new Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera. The National Product Review campaign ran alongside Canon’s Australian release of the mirrorless camera. MM played a pivotal role throughout, from its conception to creative production, execution, and amplification of the campaign.

Raising brand and product awareness, MM wrote the script for the online video and produced storyboards to help bring ideas to life. The MM team also sourced talent and a location for the shoot, which was held in beautiful Bondi, along Sydney’s coastline.

The MM TVC team directed and shot the video and also delivered on post-production, editing and producing the final piece. Alongside the video, product and lifestyle images of the Canon EOS M50 Mark II were also produced, featuring National Product Review’s Sofie Formica. This MM driven media campaign of Canon’s new EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera projected National Product Review as a leader in the consumer electronics space.
