Media Merchants were given the important task of assisting Hitachi – a recent exclusive addition to the NARTA group – in launching the brand into the Australian market. Our job was to adapt existing product assets into a visually appealing TV ad that would effectively capture the attention of national consumers unfamiliar with the Hitachi brand.
The brief required the TVC to act not only as a branding tool, but to also feature one of the brand’s top products, the Series 7000 Ultra HD Smart TV. We analysed the product’s key features and developed an effective concept that focused on image clarity and stability. The final output of the TVC included smooth animation techniques and vibrant colours that allowed customers to draw association with the featured TV and the visual clarity of the TVC.
